A new fully fitted and equipped country style kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier. There is a table with 6 chairs which extends, if you wish, to seat 8 comfortably. The sitting room leads off the kitchen with comfy sofas and chairs and a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books to entertain you on dull days or quiet evenings in. There is also an electric stove to provide additional heat and a warm glow on chilly evenings. In the entrance porch is a small sitting area for those who might want to read in peace and quiet away from the rest of the family. There is also a downstairs toilet. |
The master bedroom contains a 5’ double bed and has its own en suite shower room. There is a further double beamed and vaulted bedroom with a standard double bed. The third bedroom is also beamed and vaulted and contains twin beds. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs with DVD players and plenty of storage space for your clothes. There is a spacious family bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and over bath shower. |

Outside:
The property has a small enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy a drink on a summer’s evening. Like many of the older properties in this part of Wells, the door from the street opens onto an alleyway leading to the courtyard and the front door of the property and the property behind it.
